Danielle Sheehy, M.S., BCBA
Executive Clinical Director

Danielle Sheehy has been working with children diagnosed with autism since 1997. She received her Bachelor’s from the University of South Florida and a double Master’s degree in School-Community Psychology from the College of New Rochelle. Danielle obtained a Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2007. She started her career in the New York City school system before relocating to Los Angeles. Danielle co-owns Behavioral Learning Center, which provides ABA services in Antelope Valley, Santa Clarita Valley and San Fernando Valley. She has made it her life’s work helping others achieve their developmental goals.

Paola Avelar, M.A., BCBA
Regional Clinical Director, SFV

Paola has been working with BLC since June 2008. She has been working with children in both the home and school setting since 2004. She is currently overseeing the San Fernando Valley region as Associate Clinical Director. Paola received her Master’s Degree in Counseling with an emphasis in ABA, from California State University Los Angeles in 2012 and received her BCBA in January 2013.

Shanna Munoz, M.A., BCBA
Regional Clinical Director, SCV

Shanna began her career in the field of applied behavior analysis with BLC in 2008. She has a Master’s Degree in Teaching with a Specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Shanna currently oversees the insurance department assisting families with accessing applied behavior analysis services through their insurance.

Diana Sanchez, M.A., BCBA
Regional Clinical Director, AV

Diana began her career working in the field of applied behavior analysis in 2005. She has worked with children, and caregivers in the home and in the community. Additionally, she worked providing early intervention services to infants from 0-3 years of age for 2 years. Diana earned her Master’s Degree in Psychology in 2011, and then earned her Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification in August 2014. She currently serves as a bilingual Senior Program Manager in the Antelope Valley.

Natalya Szabo, M.S., CCC-SLP
Regional Clinical Director of Developmental Services
Natalya Szabo is the Regional Clinical Director of the Speech and Related Department for BLC. She has been a Speech-Language Pathologist for over a decade. She primarily works with the pediatric population and enjoys servicing children with a variety of speech and language needs including children on the ASD spectrum, speech sound delays and disorders, fluency disorder, and overall language development.
