Paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Behavioral Learning Center, Inc. has developed a comprehensive training that meets 2nd edition task list and the requirement set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) for individuals seeking the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification. The RBT is a paraprofessional certification within applied behavior analysis. RBTs deliver behavior analysis services and strategies under the direction or supervision of an RBT supervisor/Coordinator. The RBT certification requires a completion of a 40-hour training as well as passing an exam developed by the BACB. Once an individual obtains the RBT, continue supervision and support is required to maintain an active certificate.
Requirements:
- Implement evidence-based ABA practices for a minimum of 6 months
- Be in good standing with the agency (i.e no performance improvement plans (PIP) in place, etc.)
- 2 recommendations from your direct program supervisors
